My key role is to administer and ensure smooth communications of all Projects for our customers. Having worked in a customer service environment most of my career, I work hard to make sure we deliver the service we have promised. We have a fantastic team, so it is important to me to, as a director, to make sure 'Qss IT' is a great place to work. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and the church family I am part of.

I spend most of my time out on-site building networks, fixing Wi-Fi issues, and making sure our customers stay connected. Whether it's a new setup or troubleshooting a tricky fault, I enjoy getting hands-on and solving problems.
Outside of work, I like building software projects in my spare time, I’m a regular at Parkrun on Saturdays, and I’ve recently taken up golf – still learning, but enjoying the challenge!

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father to two amazing daughters who keep life joyful and busy. Whilst no longer the busy guitar teacher and gigging musician I once was, I still enjoy teaching and playing music in my spare time and perform live now and again—keeping music a meaningful part of my life.

No two days are the same, and that’s what I enjoy most! Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, getting stuck into a good book, and heading to the theatre with friends whenever I can.

I’m a proud husband, a Guinness enthusiast, and a self-confessed geek with a master's degree in Distractibility……. ooh, shiny!
With a brain wired for speed and a mouth wired for chat, I bring a little chaos, a lot of energy, and just enough charm to make up for the mess I leave in my wake!

Outside of work, family time is a big part of life for me, whether that’s relaxing with my wife and daughter or balancing family adventures with my ever growing list of nerdy hobbies. I’m a big believer that there’s always something new to learn, build, or upgrade!
